Crosetti Building With Kitchen The Crosetti Building is the largest indoor facility at the Santa Cruz Event Center and is easily adapted to a wide range of uses. Large public dances, private receptions, home and trade shows, environmental expos, and holiday craft fairs have all been successfully hosted in the Crosetti building.
Harvest Building With Kitchen Harvest Building With Kitchen Harvest Building With Kitchen has the very reasonably priced mid-size indoor space at the Santa Cruz Event Center, Harvest is a favorite venue for fundraising dinners and events in the Monterey Bay region. Recent improvements include upgraded bathrooms, lighting, décor and other amenities.
Fine Arts Building Fine Arts Building Fine Arts is the smallest building at the Santa Cruz Event Center. This makes it a more intimate space for family gatherings and an economical venue for business meetings and training classes.
Rodgers House Rodgers House The 1870's Rodgers House, with family ties to author John Steinbeck, is now available for rent. This beautifully restored home is filled with history and serves as a special venue for small wedding receptions, weddings (a gazebo is available on the patio), business meetings, reunions, and seminars.

Santa Cruz Fairgrounds & Event Center


S itting on 105 beautiful acres, the Santa Cruz Event Center is located between the Monterey Bay and the Santa Cruz Mountains. Each fall the Event Center is known throughout the area by its first name, The Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds.

The Event Center is an attractive venue for Trade Shows, Home Shows, RV Shows and Sales, Horse Shows and Equestrian Events, Team Building, Weddings, Dances, Quinceañeras, Concerts and Festivals, Auto Shows and Sales, Fund Raisers, and many other indoor or outdoor events. The Event Center offers over 30,000 square feet under roof, twenty acres of lawn and outdoor space, plus thirty acres of parking.

In addition to the main facilities, the Event Center is home to the three ring Equestrian Center, Historic Rodgers House, Paddy Smith Park, and the working Agricultural History Museum. Most of these areas are available for rent and make a special setting for your very special gathering.

The Event Center is located on Highway 152 between Highway 101 and coastal route Hwy 1. It is also served by Watsonville Airport (WVI) for private aircraft and both San Jose (SJC) and Monterey (MRY) airports with scheduled air carrier service.
